Service Description

Custom Decor Shannon loves crafts of all kinds. She is happy to make custom decor in order to make your event be even more special. Prices vary, depending on the complexity of the item(s) needed, the quantity needed, the quality of materials preferred, and the timeline. One free sample is included, and will be marked as the sample. Unfortunately, due to the nature of custom decor, once the supplies for the total number of items have been bought, refunds are no longer allowed. After the event is over, the items are yours to keep. Please allow at LEAST 30 days prior to event for custom decor to be made. Sample will be made after consultation, and prior to contract being signed. All others will be made AFTER contract is signed and amount is paid in full! *FULL AMOUNT of total cost is due at time of signing the contract.

Cancellation Policy

WTWPE works hard to accommodate everyone's availability, and we will strive to meet with you during your chosen date and time. Because of the schedule limitations, we can only allow 1 FREE consultation. If a potential client chooses to book a FREE consultation, please be courteous and show for the chosen date and time. If the potential client needs to cancel or reschedule, please reach out to WTWPE via email, text or phone call in a timely manor. Appointments who do not show by 15 minutes after the start time will be considered a "NO CALL, NO SHOW." Should you want to reschedule after a NO CALL NO SHOW, there will be a $25.00 charge for the second consultation meeting. Should an appointment NO CALL, NO SHOW for a second time, WTWPE will no longer be available to do business with this client.
